Baby Rump Baby Shower Cake

I recently did a baby shower cake and was told do what comes to your heart, it's a girl and I want the mother to be surprised. Therefore, I did exactly that and this is the lovely cake cake I created. Needless to say the Mother 2 Be was very happy and so were her guest!!
